Glacier Deglace'

Glacier Deglace'

description

Thousands of strips of Mylar, salvaged from shipping envelopes were affixed to adhesive film and installed on a gallery wall. The piece is a representation of a melting glacier, connecting consumerism with climate change. The slo-mo video of the work being dropped from height replicates the sound and feel of a calving glacier
