description
Made using 100% up-cycled materials (old newspapers, discarded printer papers and delivery papers), this artwork employs techniques of hand paper-making and collaging. The process of paper-making allows for natural textures to emerge in the papers, where no two outcomes are the same. This is a representation of the beauty of the different forms that nature embodies. The use of a single shape, a square, a perfect shape with equal sides, is used repeatedly to create a larger patterned square. This is a metaphor for how small, repeated actions can make a larger impact.
