Urban Institute for Contemporary Art, Grand Rapids, MI. - 12’ x 22’ x 12’ 30 - 8’ x 2” diameter hanging plastic tubes, illuminated by narrow spot halogen lights. Within each tube is a wetlands plant native to Michigan floating on top of nutrient enriched water. Chosen as first prize winner in the category of Best 3-D entry at Art Prize 2011 by Sculpture Magazine editor Glen Harper.
